Care and support
Care and support built around everyday life
MoreLoved Care provides assessed home care and Personal care in Nottingham and agreed areas of Nottinghamshire. We begin with the person: their routines, abilities, preferences, relationships and the support that may help life at home remain safe, familiar and their own.

Support may include washing, dressing, oral care, toileting, continence care, grooming, meals, drinks and agreed daily-living tasks. The exact duties are confirmed through assessment and recorded in the care plan.
Medication support
Where medication support is required, we agree the task, check that it sits within our service, and allocate staff who are trained, authorised and assessed as competent for that duty.
Support with mobility, wellbeing and community life
Care can include safe assistance with mobility, practical routines, companionship, appointments and agreed community participation. Support should enable the person to do what they can, rather than automatically doing everything for them.
Support after a hospital stay
We can consider planned or urgent requests for non-clinical support following discharge. Safe arrangements depend on receiving enough information about the person’s current needs, medication, equipment, home environment and professional instructions.
Children and young people
MoreLoved Care can consider assessed care and support for children and young people within our approved operational scope. The child or young person’s voice, family knowledge, safeguarding arrangements and relevant professional guidance are central to planning.
Who we support
Our current homecare service can support adults over and under 65, including people living with dementia, mental health conditions and physical disabilities, where their needs can be met safely within our registered and operational scope. We also consider approved children and young people’s packages. Every enquiry is reviewed individually; a diagnosis alone does not determine whether a service is suitable.
What we do not present as current specialist provision
Supported living and specialist autism and learning disability services are in development. They are not presented as available specialist services and are not accepting specialist referrals or placements until the relevant regulatory and operational gates are complete. MoreLoved Care does not provide nursing, diagnosis, psychotherapy, independent clinical treatment or care-home accommodation.
How we decide whether we can help
We consider the person’s needs, location, timing, risks, communication, required skills, home environment, funding arrangements and our current capacity. An enquiry is the beginning of a conversation, not a promise that care can start. Where we cannot meet a request safely, we will explain this clearly and, where possible, identify the type of service or professional input that may be more appropriate.
