What working with MoreLoved Care means

Staff work in people’s homes and must protect dignity, privacy, choice, safety and professional boundaries. The role can include travel, lone working, Personal care, practical support, record keeping and communication with families and professionals.

What we look for

We value kindness, reliability, patience, communication, judgement and willingness to follow care plans and learn. Previous care experience can be helpful, but some roles may be suitable for people who demonstrate the right values and can complete the required training and assessment.

What we expect

Staff must arrive as agreed, work within competence, keep accurate records, protect confidentiality, use equipment safely and report missed care, injury, deterioration, safeguarding, medication concerns and environmental risk without delay.

How we prepare staff

Recruitment checks are followed by induction, policy orientation, training, observed practice, supervision and role-specific competency. Higher-risk duties are not assigned until the required competence has been assessed.

Support and accountability

Staff should receive supervision, feedback and opportunities to ask for help. Where standards are not met, the response may include coaching, retraining, restricted duties, capability or disciplinary action according to the facts and risk.

Equal and accessible recruitment

Applicants can request reasonable adjustments. Selection should focus on the role requirements and fair evidence. Equality monitoring, where used, is separated from the hiring decision.

Current opportunities

Only approved live vacancies appear on the website. Each vacancy states pay, location, hours or work pattern, duties, requirements, closing date and any driving or sponsorship position.
